The diagram below shows the simplest scenario in which the company intends to create a system architecture based entirely on Voice over IP.
Interconnection with the public network (BRI, PRI, Analogue) is ensured by means of a voice gateway. All users can benefit from the functionality of Alceo’s BCS suite.
The system can be mirrored and run on a virtual server, and includes a number of remote workstations that can be positioned anywhere in the network.
