UCC MOBILE SERVICES

Mobility Extension Allows all the functions and services available to an internal phone (call transfer, call on hold, voice mail, etc.) to be used from a remote phone (landline or cell phone).
Web All BCSBar functions are made available via a web browser, in particular: presence, instant messaging, chat, desktop sharing (one-way), address book and contact search, phone calls with call-back method.
Web Mobile All UCC functions (apart from desktop sharing) can be used via web on Apple, Blackberry, Samsung and Symbian smartphones as well as all devices running Android.
Geolocation Allows geolocation (if authorized) of the selected user.

GENERAL SERVICES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Address Book Search A directory integration system allows you to search in a centralized address book from multiple sources: system database, email systems, Ldap servers, etc.
Call Log A diary of calls made, calls received and missed calls with the possibility of calling back with a simple click.
Statistics and Reports An ample range of reports are available, with custom dashboards and scheduled operations, in order to provide a comprehensive trend analysis.
Provisioning A provisioning and automatic updating system facilitates the installation and management of hardware devices and BcsBar clients.
SMNP Alarms Particular attention has been paid to the development of a system of alarms that allows the system to be constantly monitored by means of SMNP protocol.

MESSAGGING SERVICES

Instant Mess. Instant messages can be sent to one or more users. This service comes with a set of pre-written messages.
VM Voice mail integrated with email. Voice messages arrive as email attachments. Messages can be played back, forwarded and deleted from your phone.
Fax Fax integrated with email. Faxes are sent from PCs and received as email attachments.
SMS SMS integrated with the BcsBar client and email. Texts are sent directly from the BcsBar and received as email messages.

INTEGRATION AND INTEROPERABILITY SERVICES

Click to talk A click-to-talk button can be added to your website to allow users to make phone calls via Internet (the button can also indicate the availability status, for example green=free, red=busy).
Address Book Integration Allows data be retrieved from the entire Exchange/Lotus address book.
Integration with Outlook/Notes When an incoming call arrives, the corresponding Outlook/Notes profile is opened; calls can be made directly from the profile.
CRM/ERP Applications By means of the API supplied, these applications integrate communication functions with any CRM application: SAP, Remedy, Pat, Microsoft CRM, V-Tiger, Sugar, etc.
Skype Allows PABX functions (call transfer, on hold, etc.) to be applied to Skype calls.
With all PABX UC functions can be interoperated and integrated by means of CTI links.

CONFERENCE SERVICES

Conferenza ad-hoc Up to 20 users can participate in audio conferences initiated from their PCs.
Conference server The BCS audio conference servers allow participants to communicate by voice, entering into the conversation by calling from an internal or external number. By means of a web management tool, audio conference rooms can be created for which PIN access codes, participants and start time can be defined.
Conference dial out The conference system automatically calls the participants using preset

COLLABORATION SERVICES

Presence Allows you to see the presence status of the person you wish to communicate with (present, absent, busy on call, ready to receive instant message, calls redirected to mobile or alternative location). Presence is automatically integrated with the Outlook/Exchange calendar.
Desktop sharing Share your screen – or a window of your screen – with others, during a conference call or a single call. The caller can authorize an interlocutor to modify shared files.
Chat Chat sessions can be initiated with the possibility of sending images or other files.

CALL-CENTER SERVICES

Inbound The system can easily be integrated with the most widely used CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs. Moreover, ad hoc integrations can be created for the client using API and SDK.
Outboud The Outbound module can be used in both Preview and Predictive call modes and a number of optional modules are available for diverse uses: telemarketing, interviews following the CATI protocol, appointment booking, etc.

AUDIO-VIDEO SERVICES

IPPBX The system provides all the principal functions of a traditional switchboard including group calling, manager-secretary communication, secretary functions, etc., plus all the features typical of Internet Protocol (presence, instant messaging, chat, desktop sharing…).
VM Voice mail integrated with email. Voice messages arrive as email attachments.
IVR Interactive Voice Response. Allows creation of interactive voice systems which access external databases to provide callers with the information they seek, or to direct them to the appropriate person by means of spoken menus.
TTS Text To Speech: automatically provides callers with information read from the database.
ASR Advanced Speech Recognition provides voice interaction with menus. The caller selects options by speaking rather than by selecting numbers on a keypad.
