New installation at Lamezia Terme

The successful collaboration between Alceo and Selex continues with the installation of a new call routing system for the availability of Selex technicians.
The BCS Availability system, which can easily be expanded with Call Center functions, is connected via Patton gateway to the PBX of the Selex offices in Calabria.

The calls are processed by Infovox, the system for the creation and management of IVR flows. After interaction with the caller, and consulting the work schedule on the company database, Infovox transfers the incoming call to the appropriate technician.
